Thanks so much for the reblog, Viv. I was really pleased to find Cathy’s review of my latest Wake-Robin Ridge book, and it’s super nice of you to share it. 🙂

I’m SO glad you enjoyed Swamp Ghosts. I really had fun writing that one, and incorporating my years of experience hiking & canoeing the rivers of central Florida. (All the nature-related stuff is 100% true, btw.)
Book 2 of the series, Finding Hunter focusses on Gunn’s best friend, Hunter Painter, and I’m currently in the middle of writing That Darkest Place, which is the third in the series, and features Hunter’s two older brothers, Jackson & Forrest. I’ve really grown to love the quirky Painter boys, and the sleepy little town of Riverbend.
I just saw your wonderful review of Swamp Ghosts, and appreciate it very much. The bad thing about writing is that it’s left me so little time for reading, and I’m way, way behind, but Midnight Owl is on my TBR stack, honest!! 🙂
