SPOTLIGHT ON: Lee Martindale

How did you get involved in the upcoming Imaginarium convention?

I was a writer guest on Steve Zimmer’s Literary Track at FandomFest for three years, and consider him one of the best track-runners in the business. When Imaginarium began as a gleam in his eye, I couldn’t NOT be involved. Hence my serving as the inauguural Imaginarium’s ToastMistress.

What is your latest release and what genre is it?

Bard’s Road: The Collected Fiction of Lee Martindale. Primarily fantasy.

 BardsRoad_Web

Quick description of it.

Twenty-nine stories from nearly twenty-five years of slinging short genre fiction for a living. Includes hard-to-find reprints and four never-before-published works.

Something unique about it.

Includes all stories-to-date from my Copperwood Bard and Trade Town universe. And one story has made grown SCA-fighter types cry.
