50something – too old, that’s for sure. I’m from Sheffield, England.
I live in Norwich, Norfolk, with my partner and daughter. I moved here to do a Masters in Literary Translation, and don’t want to leave. I did a BA Hons in French Language & literature, in the 90s, at the University of Sheffield.
Fiona: Tell us your latest news?
I published my debut novel, Wood, Talc & Mr. J, not too long ago, which seems to be moving slowly but surely. The few reviews I’ve received so far are outstanding, so long may it continue. And just last week, as per this interview, I published a book of 22 of my favourite blog posts, from my website; it’s called 22 daydreams. It’s very cheap; I wanted to make it free but couldn’t The articles/posts are based around the novel so it’s a little bit more promotion.
