Largely because it was in the pocket of the jumper under my coatโ€ฆ which made it awkward to get to with hands cold from the early morning air. So much for the clocks going back and the extra hour we are supposed to get in bed. Still, at least it brought Ani running back to see what was going on and I was able to take her home and get warm again.x hobhurst, ballcross, bakewell, sheffield weekend 010The housework was done, the dog fed and walked and the computer had already been on a good while before we had gone out. I still had almost an hour before I had to leave for my morning with my son, while gave me time to work on the new site and finish the latest edit of Dark Sage.x churches doors 164I was still almost lateโ€ฆ

Viv Drewa is a Michigan native who has enjoyed reading and writing since 1963. Though she studied medicinal chemistry at the University of Michigan, her passion has always been writing. She had been awarded third place for her nonfiction short story about her grandfather's escape from Poland.
