romancing the fox

John McKenzie flies to L.A to pick a porn star for a mainstream movie he’s producing. He interviews several lovely applicants for the part and falls in love with the one he picks. Can an ordinary guy find bliss with an adult entertainer, or get screwed by a woman who’s a professional at it?

Here’s a scene from my book – Romancing the Fox. The lucky winner’s name is blocked out to preserve the surprise.

“XXXXX XXX,” the male voice called out excitedly from her cellphone. “I just called to say . . . you’re the one, Beautiful. Congratulations.”
She recognized who it was and whirled around. John leaned against a lamp post in front of the bar and continued to talk in her ear.
“How does it feel being the next ‘It Girl’ in our soon-to-be-a-blockbuster motion picture?”
*Oh my God! I was right. I do love you.*
XXXXX dropped her phone with a reckless abandon and ran to meet him, giggling when she leaped into his arms and wrapped her legs around his waist. As he held her body with unsteady hands, she held his face and dotted his cheeks and nose with several quick pecks. While John laughed at her lavish attentions, she loved how he firmly held her by the waist instead of cradling her butt.
“Uh . . . you do know you’ll have to sign the contract first.”
*This is for real. I got the part. I did it. God, you’ve got sexy green eyes.*
XXXXX drew back and studied John’s grinning, and somehow innocent face. She leaned forward and placed her open mouth on his, swirling her tongue gently in his mouth while he responded in turn. It had been months since she kissed a man, but their oral embrace had none of the usual awkwardness. Surprising herself, she gave in to his lips, closed her eyes, and slipped her arms around his neck while he pulled her tighter to his body.
