I was born in Elkton, Maryland, but both of my parents were born and raised in West Virginia so I feel very “southern.” I now live with my husband in Delaware.
A little about yourself `ie your education, Family life, etc :
My family was big and loud and boisterous. There was always a lot of laughter. We had a large back yard, and I remember the kids in the neighborhood gathering at our house to play baseball or football. My mother passed away when I was 13 years old. It was a sad and tragic time for us. I helped my dad raise my youngest brother, and I feel the experience of losing my mother turned me into a nurturer.
