1. I never set out to write a series –writing DEAD ON ARRIVAL was a project I started to stave off boredom while off on sick leave in 2005. 3 years later i got it published.

2 it’s true, writing is just like potato chips you can’t stop at one. DEAD COMIC STANDING was born out of my love for comedy in 2010. I have done stand up comedy locally many times.

3. I need music to write by. my genre of choice is classic 70s from the decade I grew up in.

4. I loved Hardy boys/Nancy Drew as a kid–it maybe why I write mysteries

5. My Character Laura is basically me -ten or fifteen years ago. We have the same sarcastic wit. Fortunately I have yet to find a dead human. Dead mice, fish, snakes and anything else my cat wants to present me with are fair game.

6. I want to get a children’s story written based on my grandson Izak.I thought of the idea while his mom was pregnant.

7. All my book covers are done by talented friends and relatives
