   045[1]  Author Cris Pasqueralle is a Long Island native and retired NYC Police Officer whose fantasy adventure Destiny  Revealed, book one of The Destiny Trilogy, has been called by reviewers “the next up and coming Harry Potter and Percy Jackson.”  Destiny Revealed tells the story of 13 year old twins Jack and Maddie Austin, who, after celebrating their birthday, come under attack by the evil wizard Tardon and his followers, the Tars.  the twins watch in horror as a magical battle ensues and their parents are kidnapped.  Seeking to protect the twins, their Uncle benny transports them to his home in an unknown magical realm.  It is here that the twins learn they are powerful wizards with a great destiny.  They embark on a rescue mission, where they are joined by Gnomes and other magical creatures, to save their parents, and , along the way, learn the truth about who they are.
     Cris has always had a passion for books and it has been a life long dream  be a published author.  It was his daughter’s love of fantasy fiction that led Cris to pen the destiny trilogy, and he writes YA and middle grade because it is his belief that reading opens up a world of possibilities for young minds. Cris currently lives on Long Island NY with his wife and two daughters.

Viv Drewa is a Michigan native who has enjoyed reading and writing since 1963. Though she studied medicinal chemistry at the University of Michigan, her passion has always been writing. She had been awarded third place for her nonfiction short story about her grandfather's escape from Poland. Later, she rewrote this story and was published in the "Polish American Journal" as "From the Pages of Grandfather's Life" and has republished it on Amazon.com as a short story. Viv took creative and journalism courses to help in her transition to fulfill her dream of becoming a writer. She worked as an intern for Port Huron's 'The Times Herald", and also wrote, edited and did the layout or the Blue Water Multiple Sclerosis newsletter "Thumb Prints."
