STAGES OF CHAOS: SHOCK

In 2014 I experienced a life changing event that caused me to feature a series on my YouTube Channel. It was called Stages of Chaos. I hypothesized this situation due to a dramatic turn of events in my personal life. What I would like to do it to go through each stage in increments to help you understand that you are not alone. Everyone has situations in their life that put them in a position of unrest.

These were the stages I coined:

1. Shock

2. Denial

3. Fear begets Survival

4. Anger and resentment

5. Depression

6. Resolve

7. Overcoming

In fact, what I’ve done is I’ve included the link to the episode on YouTube. I invite you to enjoy the episode about shock. It is informative and I truly hope it help you make sense of whatever situation you may be experiencing.
