I have always enjoyed books about dreary old houses filled with ghosts and this is a good one. Some of us believe in them, and some don’t but they always make a fine hair raising tale to be immersed in. Ghosts and the paranormal seem to be favorite subjects when it comes to writing scary novels. I am looking forward to the next Butcher Harbor book, as the author has said she is writing, and it will hopefully be another good chiller as this one is. Keep it up Lisa.
