Wattle Lately, one of the chief joys of walking (or driving) around our local bushland park has been the sight of Wattle in bloom. There has been a wonderful procession of beautiful species. This is one of the loveliest. It’s called Sydney Golden Wattle, (Acacia longiflora). Copyright © ?

Wattle As I drove around the local park today, i remarked to Ron on the Wattle. It’s certainly been a very good year… For months on end, there have been eye-catching displays as the various species come into bloom. Here’s one of the most showy types. Copyright ©

Australian bushland I love to walk in the Australian bushland. And so I count my blessings that, despite living in suburbia, I live so near to a beautiful, unspoilt area that boasts many different varieties of Wattle and Eucalyptus, to name just two. I hope that you like this…
