What is your latest release and what genre is it? The book is a collection of short stories entitled Urban Legend and it’s considered literary fiction.
Quick description: This is a collection of 14 stories that have as protagonists troubled individuals attempting to mitigate loss by searching for their own personal antidote. The ‘loss’ I’m referring to ranges from the loss of a spouse to the loss of integrity, loss of ideals to loss of dreams. These city-centric stories encompass a wide variety of cultures, characters from varying social strata, and earnest examinations of how individuals react when forced out of their comfort zone. Included in the collection is a story called The Golem of New York City, which has aspects of magic realism, my homage to writers like Gabriel Marquez (it’s also a love story!)
