Recently I brought 31 books (1 for the shelf and 30 for the children) of Broose the Moose on the Loose to the Moose Hill School in Londonderry, NH. The school has a large shelf with all kinds of moose paraphernalia. I had visited the school last summer when I had to pick up my grandson who was attending a summer camp there. I admired the beautiful shelf and asked my two middle grandsons who had both attended the school at one time if they thought I should write a book about a moose. They both responded, “Yes!”
Well, I had a goal and worked over the summer and through the fall to get the book just right for the children and the school. When it was published I called the Moose Hill School and told them that I had written a book that was dedicated to the school and my two grandsons. They were happy…
