1. Why I started writing:

 I’ve been writing since I was nine years old. That year, I wrote my first book “Dimples the Adventurous Flea”. I illustrated it too, made copies, and went around the neighborhood selling it to my friends’ parents. My first book tour. J  Nobody told me to write the book, I just did. Something I had to do. As to the plot: Dimples is a flea that jumps from dog to dog to ‘see the world’. When he’s on a French poodle, he thinks he’s in France. When he’s on an English bulldog, he’s in England.

2. Why I chose my genre:

 I’ve always had a flair for comedy, so I began with romantic comedies when I started out. I chose romance because I liked to read them. My first editor suggested I write erotic romance as it’s popular with readers. I found I enjoyed steamy scenes. From romantic comedy I’ve branched out into paranormal, ménage, suspense, and historical.
