The one that is on every shelf at the bookstore, has a bajillion holds at the library and seems to be on every book list and book blog known to man? The Wife Between Us, by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen, was this book for me. By the time I saw it lining one of the walls at Chapters-Indigo, I essentially flew to pick it up off the shelf. I didn’t read the synopsis. I hadn’t read any reviews but I knew that I needed to know what the hype was all about!

When I sat down to start reading, I have to admit, I was initially upset about this book. I opened up the cover and began to read the synopsis:
