Limerick of Jemsbooks – Louey!

LoueyThis is a post I wrote in 2017 that I wanted to share with you again. This is the perfect time to stock up on summer reading for your kids that will keep them entertained and at the same time teach them good behavior.

I had fun writing limericks for my children’s books. Here is the first one I wrote for my first book, Louey the Lazy Elephant. I hope you enjoy it. I will be reposting all the other limericks shortly and writing limericks for my two newest books, Lucy the Talented Toy Terrier and Clarence Henry the Hermit Crab. Happy Reading! Viv Drewa is a Michigan native who has enjoyed reading and writing since 1963. Though she studied medicinal chemistry at the University of Michigan, her passion has always been writing. She had been awarded third place for her nonfiction short story about her grandfather's escape from Poland. Later, she rewrote this story and was published in the "Polish American Journal" as "From the Pages of Grandfather's Life" and has republished it on Amazon.com as a short story. Viv took creative and journalism courses to help in her transition to fulfill her dream of becoming a writer.
